Sarah is a multi award-winning creative leader who believes smart experience design is all about smart customer thinking. Using this approach, Sarah expresses the individuality of brands through storytelling, immersive customer journeys and experiences. With twenty years in creative roles, and as a founder partner of Household, Sarah’s clients are as diverse as they are successful. They include: Liberty, Boots, Harrods, Tesco, ASOS, Waitrose, NorgesGruppen, Soho House Group, Wickes, Musgrave Group, and Charlotte Tilbury. Sarah is a Retail Trust committee member and has lectured at Regent’s University London. She is also a judge at the National Association of Shopfitters Awards.
