Biography

Neil Lobo is responsible for Global Customer Experience in Retail at Vodafone. He started by leading the team which created a global store concept which is being implemented in 8000 Vodafone stores in over 20 different markets. His remit covers every part of the customer journey in Retail which increasingly involves interactivity, experiential digital touchpoints and integration with other channels.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Neil worked for Inchcape, the global car retailing group, driving an innovative customer-centric programme across the business.
For most of his 30 year Retail career, Neil worked for the Dixons Group in a variety of Marketing and Commercial roles including leading the Dixons Airport business and developing new store formats.
Developing customer experiences to meet rapidly changing consumer needs remains Neil’s passion, especially as it will determine the future role of Retail.
