Guy Vaughan is a Director and co-founding partner with Roger Smith of Grounded. They formed the company in 2010 having identified a niche opportunity to use "Shopper Led Thinking" as a research tool.
Grounded’s approach is to provide targeted insight to improve brands and retailers understanding and rationale of the role of in-store today.
By combining proprietary methodologies of investigation with retail knowledge this has enabled Grounded’s clients to have informed design development and outstanding merchandising execution with performance validation.
Prior to this exciting venture, Guy worked at Kantar (part of WPP) where he was a Director. He has over 30 years’ international experience in retail marketing.
